For our AV projects in Northern Germany (Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony) we are looking for an experienced project manager and supervisor for implementation, specialised in AV systems,electrical engineering, and IT integration. You will support our customers during the construction phase, coordinate the integration of AV systems with adjacent trades, and take care of quality control until acceptance. Your tasks

  • manage construction work (HOAI LPH 8) for AV and media technology

  • coordinate subcontractors and interfaces with building services, electrical engineering, and IT
    On-site

  • monitor deadlines, costs, and quality

  • participate in construction meetings and coordinate with planners, builders, and system houses

  • documentation and defect management

  • support project management during acceptance procedures and addenda

Your profile

  • completed training or degree in electrical engineering, media technology, supply engineering, or similar

  • experienced in construction management or as a senior technician, ideally in the TBE /AV sector

  • knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and construction site organization

  • willing to travel within northern Germany (approx. 2–3 days/week on site)

  • structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work

  • confident use of MS 365, construction documentation software, or comparable tools
